This administration does not have a strategy for victory in Iraq. It marched into a war of undetermined length, undetermined cost and undetermined consequences. And beautiful, young American men and women have died or been maimed because of that arrogance. There is a way out, difficult as it will be. Senator Biden has a detailed, intelligent, responsible plan.
